Dear Sirs:
RE: CONDITION OF ELECTRICAL WIRINGS AND SYSTEMS OF 25 SALEM AVENUE, TORONTO, ONTARIO
As per our site inspection dated July 31, 1996, to verify the extent and condition of the electrical wirings and systems for the above property, please be advised that:
a) Due to the fire, the existing wirings of the house are severly burned out and damaged.
b) The new wirings which are mostly unfinished were also found to be unacceptable condition.
c) Due to the above facts, the existing and new (unfinished) electrical wirings are potential hazard for life, health and fire.
We, therefore, strongly recommend that the existing and present wiring be removed totally and new wirings and electrical systems be installed to the standards of Ontario Hydro Electrical Safety Code, CSA Standard C22-1-1990 or latest edition.
