just wanted to let you know my opionion about the allstate article. as i see it the agents that where interviewed ran a very poor operation (noa) if they continued to sink money into an office that was not producing any income as they stated.
there are bad apples in ANY organization, fortune magazine chose to interview the "bottom of the barrel" for their article. what about the THOUSANDS of hard working, successful business people that knew enough about their business to downsize when the market wasn't what it could be, and grow when times were good?
as a very successful and happy agent i was disgusted to see so much attention given to the winers and complainers when there are so many of us out there doing a great job for Allstate, Ourselves, and the Customer!
