Found your site this morning, love it.
I was in the insurance business as an underwriter and broker for about thirty years. There was more good than bad in my experience but the bad was really bad.
In my last couple of years as an u/w it seemed to be a nasty circle of who could screw who and for how much. So glad I'm out of it.
Currently my wife is pursuing an action against one of the world's largest foreign insurers and it is frustrating. Having read about the Toronto law firm from hell I am beginning to suspect that they, and not the insurance company, are the main problem.
