Guardian Insurance acted in a heavy handed, callous and crass manner. It denied a valid claim and relied on what appeared to them to be lack of resources to fight them in court. Guardian Insurance Company's behavior and denial of its reponsibilities under the policy caused additional damages and legal costs that are now in excess of $100,000 and continuing to mount.
We would have been better off without insurance than to be insured by Guardian Insurance
