Improvements that they would like to see:
An independent party without any vested interest assessing damage. Allstate adjusters determine there is no damage in spite of contractors stating otherwise. You have absolutely no recourse. They use the "good guy/bad guy" team approach to say no. One adjuster is trying to help, but his "bad" supervisor won't let him. His "bad" supervisor is the one who comes out and says "this is what we're going to do/if you don't like it, too bad. If you take us to arbitration, we won't even pay the little pittance we were going to pay by being nice." The adjuster interprets the policy to his advantage. In other words, Allstate is just out to collect premiums. They will do whatever they have to do to avoid paying claims.
