I am in the middle of having the most unprofessional, patently illegal breach of contract.
I had a theft on my premises in December of 98. To date Commercial Union has employed tactics that have resulted in me incurring additional costs. The house remains in an unsafe condition. Letters remain unanswered, refusal to answer my telephone calls. Outright lies by the adjusters handling the claim.
Be warned.. Commercial Union violates every legal obligation, duty, of an insurance company.
