I am totally appauled by the fact that this Insurance Company and their affiliates can do absolutely anything they want to the people to whom they sell Insurance Policy's and only in severe cases are they held responsible.
Legislation MUST be changed. They must be held responsible for aggravated and punitive etc. damages if they choose to act in bad faith.. We as Canadians must stand together. Insurance Company's need Regulations and organizations that will uphold them to the policies that they sell.
