Improvements that they would like to see:
We are currently in litigation in Federal Court.
Allstate used false and misleading quotes from contractors who were not willing to perform the work at the prices Allstate quoted.
Part of the problem is that Allstate was discounting THEIR preferred builder's quotes by 25%. Allstate also misrepresented the coverage in writing repeatedly. The house was totally destroyed on 9/12/96. We are still in court. Allstate has refused to make a reasonable settlement.
