ANY improvement over what I currently don't have would be an improvement! It should NOT require repeated phone calls to my broker and claim settlement service to determine WHEN a settlement cheque will be issued. After 90 days following a recent fire, I STILL haven't been given a date WHEN I can expect a cheque in settlement of my claim which is LESS than $2500.00 .... Thank God I didn't have a major catastrophe! I've since instructed my Broker NOT to renew my policy with Commercial Union!
