Lindsey Morden Operates Under Many Names

.....It is reported that Lindsey Morden Group Inc. has agreed to buy Hambro Insurance Services Group PLC. Consumers should consider that it is likely that the business practices of Hambro Insurance will likely be brought into line with those of Lindsey Morden once the acquisition is complete.

.....Lindsey Morden has been named in a $1,700,000.00 claim against Commercial Union filed in Toronto, Canada. It is claimed that through the business practices of Lindsey Morden amoung others that "Commercial Union has completely undermined the purpose of property Insurance".

.....The claim asks for punitive, aggravated and exemplary damages in the amount of $5,100,000.00.

.....It is reported that Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. owns 64.5 per cent of Lindsey Morden's equity.
