Mr. Shuttleworth,
I have another story you might be interested in. In yesterdays edition
of the Mobile Press, I saw an article where Dickie Scruggs, a nearby
attorney in Pascagoula, Mississippi is trying to sue Allstate, State Farm,
and USF&G insurance companies for anti-competitive business practices. These
companies forced the Alabama Insurance commissioner to allow them to raise homeowners premiums and raise deductibles due to hurricane Georges.
